Fulfilling Duties for the People with Care, Delivering Heart‑warming Services to the Grassroots

On the occasion of the 42nd Teachers' Day, the provincial, municipal and county committees of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) launched a people oriented practical activity themed Caring for Children with Special Needs and Boosting Special Education. Wu Shiwei, Member of the Provincial CPPCC and Chairman of Sannike Group, together with Yu Shaofeng, Member of the Provincial CPPCC, donated a special assistance fund of 606,000 yuan to Yihuang County Special Education School.
The special fund is earmarked for the renovation of the sensory integration training room and multi purpose activity room, including site decoration, procurement of rehabilitation equipment and purchase of children’s books. It addresses the school’s challenges of insufficient rehabilitation space and shortage of facilities, and improves the rehabilitation and learning environment for children with special needs.
During the event, Wu Shiwei extended Teachers' Day greetings to teachers of special education and learned about the difficulties in front line teaching. He stated that enterprises grow from society and should give back to people’s livelihood. It is hoped that this donation will encourage more social forces to pay attention to special education and care for children with special needs. The enterprise will follow up on project implementation in the future, keep supporting the development of special education in Yihuang County, stay committed to real economy business, fulfil social responsibilities and contribute corporate efforts.
